Terms & Conditions
  1. On confirmation of sponsorship, CII will send a letter of allotment and invoice. 50% of the sponsorship amount has to be paid within 15 days from the date of receipt of the invoice from CII.
  2. Amount paid towards sponsorship is Non-refundable.
  3. In case a company confirms sponsorship and in lieu of that takes exhibition space on priority and then decides to cancel sponsorship or does not pay 50% of the sponsorship amount in line with Point No. 1, then CII reserves the right to deny sponsorship and also re-allot the space to another company.
  4. Only one registered logo of a company will be featured for branding purposes and once a logo is given for promotions, the same cannot be changed at a later date unless or otherwise there is a new registered logo.
  5. Please send the filled in form duly signed and filled by the authorised person to the orgainser.
Bank Details:
The demand draf/cheque should be in favour of "Confederation of Indian Industry" Payable at Hyderabad. The payment can be made Via bank transfer details are mention below.
